Description: The Universal Model 360 is the only air brush capable of performing in a gravity feed as well as a bottom feed mode. Never before has one air brush provided so much versatility. The Universal provides the user with the convenience of two air brushes in one. With superior control at high as well as, low pressures, convenient to operate with a few drops or a full bottle of paint. The precise single needle/tip/head assembly makes replacement of multiple parts a task of the past. Single size nozzle/needle design for spraying all materials, acrylics to watercolors, inks to lacquers and all of Badger air brush ready paints

Pros: 360 degree front-end rotation
Cons: xxxx

I got this as part of a set along with the Badger 155. I haven't used this one that much as I am waiting on a part for it. I uploaded it here for user comments/reviews.

Pros: nice finish
Cons: Clogging problems using Badgers AB paints.

AB contined to clog using Badgers AB paint. Would have to pull back on trigger 1/8" in order to get paint to spray at 30 psi. Sent it back to factory. They sent a new one in return! Same problem with replacement. Sent it back to factory they returned it saying nothing wrong? It was missing the counter balence handle and has a bent needle!! They say they did not bend the needle. A VERY EXPENSIVE paper weight. I will not send it back to them again. This would be throwing good $ after bad!!!

Pros: Gravity feed and bottom feed
Cons: Could use a smaller nozzle size

I found this to be a great airbrush for all kind of work. I personally have had no problems spraying Badger Freak/Model Flex, air opaque, Createx,PPG or any other paint. It is about the easist airbrush along with the 155 to clean and maintain. The option of going from bottom feed to gravity feed is a big plus. The only negative is its lack of a smaller needle nozzle combo but I don't think it was made for tight detail work.

Pros: best of all worlds...
Cons: none so far... very much a newbie...

Never having used an AB before. This one was quite the enticer... The ability to go from gravity feed, to side feed, to siphon feed was what ultimately won my vote.

Being a NEWBIE, you don\'t know what exactly to expect from all of the different feeds, with the 360, although I am sure that it doesn\'t do everything with the expertise that some AB\'s do, it does great for a newbie.

I am using Goldens Acyrilics with Goldens AB medium in a 1:1 mix. I am not having any problems.

My hands are bit small and short stubby fingers don\'t lend help to any AB.. but so far this one has been a nice fit. Other than the intial craps of learning to use an AB it has the best of all worlds.. you can adjust the paint jar to better help you hold the AB. Which I think is the best.

I would totally recommend this AB to any Newbie, just because of the ability to use it in any feed formation. I don\'t know enough about other AB\'s to recommend it over anything else. But because of the features alone I think that you can\'t go wrong. IMO...

Goofie.
