The versatility of the Model 150 dual action, internal mix, siphon (bottom) feed air brush allows for a broad range of applications, making it the "classic" air brush in the Badger line. The Model 150 accepts a ¼ oz. color cup for small volume painting needs, or three larger size paint jars (¾ oz., 2 oz., & 3 oz.) can be used for bigger jobs. The Model 150 sprays properly reduced acrylics, acrylic enamels and lacquers, gouaches, fabric colors, inks, dyes, watercolors, all of Badger air brush ready paints. The Model 150 is used by everyone from artists to taxidermists and auto customizers to furniture refinishers.

I've had one of these for 20+ yrs. and not had any problems with it kinda like old faithful it's there as a great backup
|

A reliable airbrush. Different nozzle sizes are handy for different type of work and detail level required (small nozzle for detail, medium for t\'s and larger drawings etc).
The difference in accuracy is very clear if you compare this to Iwata HP-B or HP-C. Badger 150 is still a good general purpose brush. For more accuracy some other brush is preferred.
Controlling something like Iwata BCS is much easier. I\'ll pick up my BCS instead of this one any day. So, I must recommend something else than this one.

i paid 360 aus for it about 5years ago
i love how i can change the head of the airbrush to fine , medium or large head to get different effects out of this airbrush
i find it great for all my airbrushing work but i also use a sotar 20/20 for someof my fine art work

Just bought this one in the wooden box kit. I love this AB. It cost $200 cdn for the kit, but well worth it.

A great first brush and a great only brush. You can buy this in different kits depending on what size neeldes you want. The -7 kit cames with it all and for 50 bucks you can\'t go wrong. Badger has a lifetime warrentee on its needleseat. It\'s comfortable and easy to clean. It gets my vote.

I work with a 150 for about more than 15 years, is really my favorite, d'ont have the chance to try a fine detail aibrush who cost more, but that my favorite one for detail. i paid around $150.00 canadian, 5 years ago, and my older one works for around 10,years..
i had a iwata eclispe and i,m not able to work with that one, i sold it and by a 155 badger to replace ....

I've had this brush for a month now with the fine nozzle. The parts are easy to get. This airbrush is very easy to use, simple and quick to strip and clean. I've owned an Aztek in the past and this is quicker and easier to clean by far. It clogs a lot less than my old Aztek and produces a very fine and controllable spray. It feels great in the hand. I,ve had nothing but great results with this brush with great detail and I use high viscosity acrylics. Two minor points only:firstly the adjusting screw on the trigger could work loose and get lost during prolonged use and lastly a lid for the side cup would be nice. Recomended.
