Pros:	Infinite Adjustment, extremely fine detail, easy clean up
Cons:	None I have seen

This is a great brush! I've had it for a week now and was absolutely amazed at the fine detail that can be accomplished with it. It's not for really large backgrounds but holds enough paint for a lot of fine detail work.
