Hey Jim, you're probably in the same boat as me. I had to plead guilty to get a conditional discharge. It's the guilty plea that causes the problems. I think you would have been better to take the absolute discharge. You should contact Canadian Pardons at
www.canadianpardons.ca. Hey I just noticed they're offering a sale! Ahhh parents, gotta love them! My mom wasn't too pleased at the time either
