Pictures form my 1. days work as custom painter
hi all
As promished I woul take some pictures of what I had to do at my first day in my new secondary job. I arived at aprox 10:30 after a long 2 hours drive and a boat trip of one hour. ofcourse this job is in the other end of the country but when a chance like this came my way I couldent turn it down. after arriving and meating my new boss, and having a coup of coffey, he told me that there had ben a customer by with a hood for at fully restored opel manta from 79. and the first thing he asked me to was to paint blueflames on it. so as soon as I got set up in the shop I through my self at if and her are the result.
I also did a gastank lid while waiting forthe clear to dry.
what do you think of the results?

what a way to start off on ur 1st day very impressive im sure ur boss has no regrets in takeing u on u do very nice work theirs gonna be alot of happy customers coming out that shop

thanks zero, I also think that Iīm gona be buessy for the time beeing . on compleation on the hood, quit of future customers had gathered in the shop, my new boss had called arround and Invited them over tosee his new investment, so last night keind of ended in a litter party

That is a great job,no wonder your new boss called eveyone around to show you off, Does matter about the travel when you love doing something. Your work is great.

What a way to come out of the gates brother!!!!
Beautiful flamework, I love the way you incorporated the flamed skulls in the fire, they are subtle yet so very effective.
You have found a new home brother, onward and upward from here mate.

Very COOOL!!! You have done an awesome job here Kant! Yes you are right, you are going to be busy man in the near future.
You might have to consider moving closer or do they just build up some work for you and they call you when you are needed?

Way to go Kant, you did an outstanding job with the flames. I am sure your boss is glad he invested in you. Hope you will have time to continue to post stuff on the forum, because are going to one busy artist.

great job!
Not so easy to be at 100% with the pressure of a new job .!!
You did a great job and sure you boss get the right guy for his shop , congratulations for your new job . you will have to think about to move now , because your boss will never you let go

diaz, thanks for the boost man , yep the body shop gathers some work and then call me. Iīm so luckey becaus my regaluar job is only every second week, so every second week Iīll travel over there and paint for 2-4 days, straight and sleeps in the shop. even thoug itīs a long drive itīs totaly worth it.
brad: after looking at your hp I realy, started thinking of turning this hobby of mine in to something and this have realy happend now , I canīt realy understand it yet.
X you should have seen them and listens to their comments, I donīt think they knew that I could hear them. one guy was very worryed aboput the pace I was painting at, and several of times he tol my boss to go and have me slow down so I didnīt mess it up :-)
