Raider, is this your first go at the AB? It could be that the tip or needle has paint dried on (reffered to as "tip dry"). Clean it off and it will flow again. Get into the habit of cleaning the tip regularly when you paint with a wet tissue, cotton bud, whatever works for you. Other thing is that your nozzle could be full of crap adn clogged. You would have to take the nozzle apart and clean it by soaking or with a very sharp object like a small needle or a guitar string. With this you might be able to push the crap out of there. Do it from the outside-in. Works for me.

ya may have an o ring thats bad, or your needle may not be seated correctly, you may also have a very small piece of gunk or paint that may be clogging it up. I use a cleaning kit, small brushes in different sizes, when I clean my ab, just soaking it isn't enough sometimes. Give it a good cleaning, and see if that helps.

Can you tell if the the air pressure comming through the brush actually changes? Eventhough the you change the regulator up to 60 psi you may have something restricting the inflow of air to the brush. If it were cloged paint you would most likly be getting a spitting, or intermitant spitting situation. Make sure your rubber gasket on you air line has not shifted when you atached it to the airbrush I had that happen to a Passche Vl once and it took me a while to figure out that the hole in the gasket was to small on my new hose and would not let enough air into the airbrush which caused exactly what you are discribing. I cut the hole bigger and it solved my problem.

If not the gasket you may have got paint backed up into air supply, or plunger part of the brush which would also restrict the airflow. if the paint has dried I would suggest disasembling the entier airbrush and soaking it for a day in high quality cleaner made for airbrushes. That way if you need to go to the manufaturer with the AB you can at least say you used their cleaner and it did not work, and it won't come back an bite you in the rear.
